There are a lot of very cool things in both .NET 4 and Visual Studio 2010 worth adopting straight away. Since development shops already using VS2008 will hav the option to upgrade to VS2010 when it's released, everyone should be able to get what they need. Perhaps we can have a separate conversation off-line to talk about your group there, and what we can do to help you guys get VS2010 when it's released. Perhaps BizSpark, or WebsiteSpark is also a possibility for your group.
